This 40-day running program is created for weight loss and constructing a stronger heart. However, for this program to work, you must make time in your schedule every day to complete it. You should be the one to state that regardless of what I am doing, I will certainly finish my workout every day, also if it suggests missing out on other things that we usually provide for enjoyment.
Every day is created for a 30-minute exercise routine. Follow this program just as it is prepared out, make plans on working out 4 to 6 times per week. If you do not make it at least 4 times any week, you need to go back to renovate that week.
DAY # 1 TO DAY # 3
1) walk for 30 minutes.
DAY # 4 TO DAY # 8
1) stroll for 7 mins, after that jog for 2 minutes.
2) walk for 8 minutes, then jog for 2 min.
3) stroll for 7 mins, after that run for 1 minute.
4) stroll for four mins cool.
DAY # 9 TO DAY # 11
1) walk 7 for mins, after that jog for four minutes.
2) walk 7 for minutes, after that run for 3 mins.
3) walk 6 for mins, then SPRINT (or run tough) for 10 secs.
4) stroll for minutes, then SPRINT (or run hard) for 5 secs.

DAY # 12 TO DAY # 20
1) stroll for 6 mins, then run for 6 minutes.
2) walk for 7 minutes, after that run for 3 minutes.
3) stroll for 3 mins, then run for 3 mins.
4) stroll for 4 minutes cool off.
DAY # 21 TO DAY # 23
1) stroll for 3 minutes, jog for 8 mins.
2) stroll for 3 mins, after that SPRINT (or run hard) for 15 seconds.
3) walk for 3 mins, then SPRINT (or run difficult) for 10 secs.
4) stroll for 3 mins, then SPRINT (or run tough) for 8 secs.
5) walk for 5 mins, then SPRINT (or run hard) for 8 seconds.
6) walk for 5 mins, after that run for 1 min.
7) stroll for 2 mins cool down.
DAY # 24 TO DAY # 29
1) stroll for 5 mins, then run for 10 minutes.
2) walk for 5 mins, then run for 7 mins.
3) walk for 3 mins cool down.
DAY # 30 TO DAY # 35
1) walk for 4 minutes, after that run for 15 mins.
2) walk for 3 mins, then jog for 5 minutes.
3) walk for 3 mins cool down.
DAY # 36 TO DAY # 40
1) walk for 3 minutes, then jog for 27 minutes.
