Health in the Garden

Health is In The Garden: Eat the Healthy Food

Healthy Plants do not get the illness. The same goes for the Human Body. Eat the healthy food for healthy body.

Healthy soil feeds the plants. Like the body, if the plants get the best nutrients, they will have the ability to battle any disease.

When you deal with an illness with a chemical, you may eliminate the infection. However, the underlying condition that developed the weak point, enabling the disease, is probably still present. It will only manifest itself as another illness or sign.

When you create health through nutrition, the plant will become strong. Its immune system, which is more nuanced and capable of combating illness than any chemical, will naturally eliminate the disease. The plant is now utilizing the disease-fighting system that Mother Nature offered, which science can not recreate synthetically.

Do not forget that using chemicals comes with many health dangers for you, the bacteria in the soil, and the wildlife. Microbes in the soil, in the human body, and all of life are incredibly critical for health.

Why are the excellent germs crucial?

Healthy Food
  1. Healthy food is vital for any immune system to be strong and combat disease and infection.
  2. Healthy germs are essential for providing life-sustaining nutrients to all types of life, including our horticulture.
  3. Taking healthy food is the initial step to soaking up necessary nutrients.
  4. Healthy bacteria aid in defense of insects and fungal attacks without the use of any chemicals.

An organic, biodynamic plant food preparation, cultured or fermented to consist of bacteria, is amazing to bring back the nutrients in the soil. It also feeds the earthworms that help keep the soil healthy.

In the human body, cultured or fermented foods and liquids are the best methods to bring back healthy germs to the colon since they can go through all the acids of food digestion and get to the colon still active. These foods are more reliable for bringing back the microflora, which is the first line of defense for our immune systems.

I love the garden and Mother Nature. It is so ancient and wise and has numerous gifts to offer us if we watch and listen. It makes good sense, and if you listen to your instinct, you will know that it holds.

What I have told you is how I found out to recreate health for myself. I implemented this theory and have regained my health and the plants’ health in my garden without using chemicals or drugs or costly medical treatments.

Nature offers the tools we need. Trust your intuition.
